If you want to be a fan, just sit at home and watch like the rest of us. Be a professional and announce with some sort of professionalism. If there was a drinking game for every time Jessica Mendoza screamed “oh my goodness” and cracked her obnoxious voice, you would have alcohol poisoning and die. I respect Jessica Mendoza. She is very talented and knows the game of baseball more than most men, but my god she was annoying as hell last night. Without Boomer there is no structure on how the derby should be called. The new “BACK BACK BACK” is “oh my god” and “this is the best”. That stuff is just boring. Also Mark Teixeira was praising Gary Sanchez like he was Jesus Christ himself. I am starting to think that they might of had some sort of intimate relationship before his retirement. Also the random cuts to the Spanish interviews were unnecessary. When they interviewed Miguel Sano there was no translator so the average American like myself was sitting there confused as all hell. They have ESPN Deportes for a reason. I stress again, if you want to be a fan, be a fan like we all were last night. Nobody wants to hear somebody be a fan which is what we all witnessed last night. Boomer please come back.
